1. Who We Are
Sahaava is an online jewellery brand selling across the United States and Australia through sahaava.com and sahaava.com.au.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Products
We accurately represent all products including metal type and purity (sterling silver, solid gold in 9kt/14kt/18kt, and 950 platinum), diamond origin (natural or lab-grown), gemstone type, and certifications (GIA or IGI where applicable). Minor colour variations from screen displays are not considered defects. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel or decline an order where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will issue a full refund in such cases.
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. We do not store your card details. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers.
5. Made-to-Order Pieces
All gold and platinum pieces are made to order, crafted individually upon receipt of your confirmed order. Production takes approximately 4 weeks. Once production has commenced, we cannot offer a change-of-mind cancellation or refund. If you need to cancel, contact care@sahaava.com within 2 hours of ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights — manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Australia to customers in the United States and Australia. Full shipping timeframes and costs are available at sahaava.com/shipping. Silver pieces dispatch within 1–2 business days. Gold and platinum pieces are dispatched after production (approximately 4 weeks). Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery. International duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered pieces in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order gold and platinum pieces, final-sale items, gift cards, and personalised pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. To start a return, email care@sahaava.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. 8. Warranty
Every Sahaava piece is backed by a manufacturer's warranty — 12 months for sterling silver, 18 months for solid gold and platinum — covering manufacturing defects including structural faults, stone setting failures under normal wear, and clasp defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tarnish, or modifications by a third-party jewellery. After the warranty period, we offer a lifetime repair service at cost. Full warranty details are at sahaava.com/warranty.
9. Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Australian and New Zealand customers are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair for faulty goods regardless of our change-of-mind policy. US customers are protected under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on sahaava.com and sahaava.com.au — including our name, logo, photography, designs, and copy — is our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use our content commercially without prior written consent. Personal sharing on social media is welcome, provided content is unaltered and attributed to Sahaava.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahaava is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order. This does not limit liability for manufacturing defects, your statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian or US law.
12. Governing Law
Australian and New Zealand customers: the laws of New South Wales, Australia apply. US customers: the laws of the State of Delaware apply. In either case, we encourage you to contact us first at care@sahaava.com — most issues are resolved quickly without formality.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
