Sahaava is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs clearance or courier disruptions.
International Orders & Customs Duties
For international orders, including deliveries to the United States:
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply
- These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping fees charged at checkout do not include customs or import charges

Every Sahaava piece is delivered in luxury protective packaging, designed to safeguard your jewellery during transit and make it perfect for gifting.
All shipments are insured for your peace of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sahaava jewellery. If your purchase is not quite right, we offer returns for store credit only, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including tags. Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Engraved items
- Earrings
Please note: All sales items are non-returnable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service
- Sahaava is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refund
We offer store credit for all eligible returns. We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days to your Sahaava account and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be used across sahaava.com and sahaava.com.au.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement, or store credit — your choice. Please contact care@sahaava.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
Afterpay orders: Store credit is issued for the full order value. Any outstanding Afterpay instalments remain payable directly to Afterpay as per their terms.
Gift returns: Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided all other return conditions are met. The store credit will be issued to the gift recipient.
